Not at all. Every Beyond Canvas session is designed for complete beginners. Our facilitators guide you through each step — you just need to show up and be open to exploring.
Our studio is at 11 Upper Wilkie Road, Unit D1-2 Emily Hill, Singapore 228120. We also travel to your venue for private and corporate sessions — just ask.
Most sessions run between 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on the programme. You'll find the specific duration listed on each session page.
Just yourself and an open mind. All materials, aprons, and equipment are provided. Wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on — just in case.

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend slots and group sessions. Private and corporate bookings may require more lead time for custom planning.
Most public sessions have a minimum of 2 participants. Private and corporate sessions typically start from 10 people. Get in touch and we'll work something out for smaller groups.
We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee. Please reach out as soon as possible if your plans change.
Fluid art (also known as acrylic pouring) uses liquid paint poured onto a canvas and manipulated through tilting, swirling, and techniques like dirty pours and ring pours. Every piece is unique — no two turn out the same.
Yes! At the start of your session you'll choose your palette. Our facilitators will guide you on colour combinations that work beautifully together.
You take home your finished canvas. For fluid art, we recommend letting it dry at the studio if possible — otherwise we'll give you tips on transporting it safely.
Our Kids and Colour & Connection sessions are designed specifically for children (4+). All materials used in children's sessions are child-safe and age-appropriate.
Absolutely. For corporate and private events, we travel to your preferred venue anywhere in Singapore. We handle all logistics, setup, and cleanup.

Yes — corporate and private sessions can be customised with your brand colours, a specific theme, or tailored creative brief. This is something we love doing.
We've facilitated sessions for groups of up to 50+ people. Larger groups may be split into smaller cohorts running simultaneously. Talk to us about your numbers.
